16S / 48V / 120A LiFePO4 battery Multi-module BMS



1-1 BMSU: Battery Monitoring & Signaling Unit (BMSU)

       1-1-1 With function of cell status monitoring, and SMBus communication port that shows battery status via PC            graphic user interface(GUI), BMSU drives Power Mosfet Unit or Relay Switch via dry contact on the board to                control current flow.

1-1-2 Execute cell balancing function over a passive battery balance board or an active one.

1-1-3 Show battery capacity via the LED/LCD display Unit or PC GUI.

1-1-4 Control Power Mosfet Switch Unit

1-1-5 Convey warning signals to external receivers that requests battery information.

1-2 Cell Blance Unit(CBU): capable of balancing cell voltage imbalance by 0.5A/1A(Passive

mode)/2A(Active Mode)(Option)

1-3 Power Mosfet Switch Unit : Standalone power mosfet unit with heatsink holds continuous current flow,

Up to 120A and peak at 900A, and load short-circuit at 1200A

1-4 Hall Sensor: Conveying current paramater to BMSU for it to produce information of SoC/ SoH of battery.

1-5 LED Display Unit: capacity on percentage of remaining storage of energy by 4LEDs

    And charge/discharge status by 1LED

1-6 USB tool bridge to PC GUI: via this USB tool bridge,user can check up the battery

information from the provided graphic user interface(GUI).
